तत: सम्मन्त्रयामास मन्त्रिभि: स महीपति: । हिरण्यवर्मा राजेन्द्र पाञ्चाल्यं पार्थिवं प्रति,राजेन्द्र! फिर राजा हिरण्यवर्माने अपने मन्त्रियोंके साथ बैठकर परामर्श किया कि मुझे पांचालनरेशके साथ कैसा बर्ताव करना चाहिये

Transliteration

tataḥ sammantrayāmāsa mantribhiḥ sa mahīpatiḥ | hiraṇyavarmā rājendra pāñcālyaṃ pārthivaṃ prati ||

Translation

随后，那位国王与群臣共议。噢，诸王之最，希兰尼耶跋摩（Hiraṇyavarmā）就当如何对待般遮罗（Pāñcāla）之王、采取何种政策与手段方为得当而审慎，征询众臣之策。
