अम्बायाः तपोदीक्षा–रुद्रवर–आत्मदाहः
Amba’s Ascetic Vow, Rudra’s Boon, and Self-Immolation
ततो दशार्णाधिपते: प्रेष्या: सर्वा न्यवेदयन् | विप्रलम्भं यथावृत्तं स च चुक्रोध पार्थिव:
tato daśārṇādhipateḥ preṣyāḥ sarvā nyavedayan | vipralambhaṃ yathāvṛttaṃ sa ca cukrodha pārthivaḥ ||
随后,达沙尔那之主的侍从尽皆如实禀报始末——言其受人欺诳。达沙尔那王闻之,怒火骤起。此偈表明:一旦背信与辱名之事为证人所确证,王者之忿怒便可被点燃,并引出道义与政局的连锁后果。
दुपद उवाच
Deception (vipralambha) that violates trust and honor can rapidly escalate into anger and conflict; ethical lapses in diplomacy or marriage/political arrangements have consequences that spread beyond the immediate parties.
The attendants of the Daśārṇa ruler recount the events truthfully, describing the deception that occurred. On hearing their report, the Daśārṇa king becomes intensely angry, indicating a turning point toward retaliation or political tension.
