Bhīṣma’s Dream-Counsel and the Prasvāpa Astra (भीष्मस्वप्नदर्शनम् / प्रस्वापास्त्रोपदेशः)
क्षत्रियस्थ तु धर्मोड्यं यद् युद्धे भूगुनन्दन । स्वाध्यायो व्रतचर्याथ ब्राह्मणानां परं धनम्
kṣatriyasya tu dharmo ’yaṃ yad yuddhe bhṛgunandana | svādhyāyo vratacaryā ca brāhmaṇānāṃ paraṃ dhanam ||
毗湿摩说道：“噢，婆利古的后裔啊，对刹帝利而言，这确是正当之法——在战阵中坚守不退；而对婆罗门而言，至高的珍宝乃是以戒律之心研习吠陀，并奉行高贵的誓戒。”
