Bhīṣma’s Appraisal of Kaurava Champions (भीष्मकृतः रथिनां गुणनिरूपणम्)
अर्थसिद्धि तव रणे करिष्यति न संशय: । शस्त्रविद्धिरनाधृष्यो दूरपाती दृढायुध:
bhīṣma uvāca |
arthasiddhiṁ tava raṇe kariṣyati na saṁśayaḥ |
śastraviddhir anādhṛṣyo dūrapātī dṛḍhāyudhaḥ |
haniṣyati camūṁ teṣāṁ mahendro dānavān iva ||
毗湿摩说道：“在战斗中，他必定成就你所欲之事，毫无疑虑。他精通兵刃，纵是大宗师亦难以撼动；甲兵坚固，且能远击命中。正如摩诃因陀罗（因陀罗）天帝昔日诛灭达那婆一般，他也将毁灭他们的军阵。”
