यच्चापि भीमसेनस्य मन्यसे मोघभाषितम् । दुःशासनस्य रुधिरं पीतमद्यावधारय,“इसके सिवा, तू जो भीमसेनकी कही हुई बातोंको व्यर्थ मानने लगा है, यह ठीक नहीं है। तू आज ही निश्चितरूपसे समझ ले कि भीमसेनने दुःशासनका रक्त पी लिया
yaccāpi bhīmasenasya manyase moghabhāṣitam | duḥśāsanasya rudhiraṃ pītam adyāvadhāraya ||
至于你以为毗摩塞那之言只是徒然夸口——切莫如此评断。你今日当确知:毗摩确已饮下杜沙萨那之血。

Words spoken as solemn vows in response to wrongdoing are not to be dismissed as mere bravado; in the Mahābhārata’s ethical world, such commitments bind the speaker and shape the moral momentum toward inevitable consequences.
Kṛṣṇa rebukes the listener for treating Bhīma’s earlier declaration as empty talk and insists that it has been (or will be) fulfilled—Bhīma drinking Duḥśāsana’s blood—thereby emphasizing the certainty of retribution tied to the Kauravas’ offenses.
