नगराणीव गुप्तानि दुराधर्षाणि शत्रुभि: । आसन् रथसहस््राणि हेममालीनि सर्वश:
Vaiśampāyana uvāca |
nagarāṇīva guptāni durādharṣāṇi śatrubhiḥ |
āsan rathasahasrāṇi hemamālīni sarvaśaḥ ||
毗舍波耶那说道：“四方皆列着成千上万的战车，缀以金色花鬘——守护如同坚固城邑，使敌军难以攻破。其布置与护卫令之安若城镇：这不是徒然的炫耀，而是一支纪律严整、守备森严的战阵。”
