सर्वेषां कर्मणां तात फले नित्यमनित्यता । अनित्यमिति जानन्तो न भवन्ति भवन्ति च
Transliteration
sarveṣāṁ karmaṇāṁ tāta phale nityam anityatā | anityam iti jānanto na bhavanti bhavanti ca, tāta ||
Translation
“敬爱的父亲啊，一切作为之果，恒有无常：有时得其果，有时不得其果。纵然明知结局不定、转瞬即逝，智者仍然行事；因此，他们有时失败，有时成功。”
