Udyoga Parva Adhyāya 132 — Vidura’s Counsel on Udyama, Yaśas, and Kṣātra-Dharma
निरमर्ष निरुत्साहं निर्वार्यमरिनन्दनम्
niramārṣa nirutsāhaṁ nirvāryam arinandanaṁ
风神说道:“他无怨无恨,亦无奋发之志;然而,噬敌者啊,他却不可遏止。”

True power may coexist with inner calm: one can be free from resentment and not driven by restless excitement, yet still be unstoppable when duty or destiny impels action.
Vāyu addresses a heroic figure (‘arinandana’), characterizing someone as outwardly unprovoked and unenthusiastic, but nevertheless impossible to restrain—suggesting an inevitable course of action despite a composed temperament.
