ततो वसति दुष्कर्मा नरके शाश्वती: समा: । राजदोषेण हि जगत् स्पृश्यते जगत: स च,ऐसा करनेसे वह दुष्कर्मी राजा अनेक वर्षोतक नरकमें ही निवास करता है। राजाका दोष जगत्को और जगतका दोष राजाको प्राप्त होता है
tato vasati duṣkarmā narake śāśvatīḥ samāḥ | rājadoṣeṇa hi jagat spṛśyate jagataḥ sa ca ||
因此，那作恶之王将于地狱中久住，历经仿佛无尽之岁月。因为由王之过，天下皆染污；而由天下之过，王亦受其触染——此显君与民之间道德之污相互传染，亦显王权所负业报之重。
