इसी प्रकार वृष्णिवंशके सम्मानित वीर हृदिकपुत्र महारथी कृतवर्मा भी एक-दूसरे रथपर बैठे दिखायी दिये ।।
upasthitarathaṁ śauriṁ prayāsyantam ariṁdamam | dhṛtarāṣṭro mahārājaḥ punar evābhyabhāṣata ||
见到绍利（圣克里希那）——降伏仇敌者——已立于战车旁，整装待发，将要启程，国王持国再一次开口对他说道。此刻凸显国王在关键转折处对克里希那劝诫的焦灼依赖：当言语与抉择仍可能遏止局势滑向战争之时。
