धन-निरुक्ति तथा गालवस्य गुरुदक्षिणा-प्रसङ्गः

सा तौ तदाब्रवीत्‌ तुष्टा पतगेन्द्रद्धिजर्षभौ । न भेतव्यं सुपर्णोडसि सुपर्ण त्यज सम्भ्रमम्‌,यह सुनकर तपस्विनी बहुत संतुष्ट हुई। उसने उस समय पक्षिराज गरुड़ और विप्रवर गालवसे कहा--'सुपर्ण! तुम्हारे पंख और भी सुन्दर हो जायाँगे; अतः तुम्हें भयभीत नहीं होना चाहिये। तुम घबराहट छोड़ो

sā tau tadābravīt tuṣṭā patagendradvijarṣabhau | na bhetavyaṃ suparṇo’si suparṇa tyaja sambhramam ||

那位女苦行者心中大喜,便对二者——鸟中王者迦楼罗与婆罗门中的最上者伽罗婆——说道:“不要害怕。你是苏帕尔那;噢,苏帕尔那,抛却你的惊惶与躁动吧。”
