Transliteration
droṇaparvaṇi viprebhyo bhojanaṃ paramārcitam
Translation
毗湿摩波耶那说道：“在《德罗那篇》（Droṇa Parva）中，曾以至高之礼敬，向婆罗门奉上筵食。”此句昭示史诗之伦理坚持：纵在战争的暴烈与动荡之中，对学德之士——vipra——的敬奉，以及待客之法（atithi-satkāra），亦不可废弛。
