अतः: पर प्रवक्ष्यामि यानि देयानि भारते । वाच्यमाने तु विप्रेभ्यो राजन् पर्वणि पर्वणि
Transliteration
ataḥ paraṁ pravakṣyāmi yāni deyāni bhārate | vācyamāne tu viprebhyo rājan parvaṇi parvaṇi ||
Translation
毗舍波耶那说道：“现在我将进一步说明，在《婆罗多》（《摩诃婆罗多》）中应当施与何等布施。大王，当叙事正为婆罗门诵讲之时，于每一品（parvan）之中，都应奉献相称的施舍。”
