स्त्री-विलापः — गान्धार्याः रणभूमिदर्शनं शापवचनं च

Battlefield Lament and Gāndhārī’s Curse

ये हन्यु: शस्त्रवेगेन देवानपि नरर्षभा: । त इमे निहता: संख्ये पश्य कालस्य पर्ययम्‌

ye hanyuḥ śastravegena devān api nararṣabhāḥ | te ime nihatāḥ saṅkhye paśya kālasya paryayam ||

毗湿摩波耶那说道:“那些如雄牛般的壮士,单凭兵刃之势便足以诛灭诸天——正是这些英雄,如今却倒毙于战场。且看时间所造成的翻覆变迁。”
