पतत्यभिमुख: शूर: परान् भीरु: पलायते । आस्थाय स्वर्ग्यमध्वानं सहायान् विषमे त्यजेत्
pataty abhimukhaḥ śūraḥ parān bhīruḥ palāyate | āsthāya svargyam adhvānaṃ sahāyān viṣame tyajet ||
毗湿摩说道：“勇者迎敌而上，直面冲锋；怯者背阵而逃。并且即便已踏上那‘通往天界之路’——英雄义务之道——这样的怯夫也会在危难正中抛弃同伴。”
