Adharmic Victory as Unstable; Rules of Restraint, Mediation, and Conciliation (अधर्मविजय-अध्रुवत्व तथा क्षमा-नयः)
असंख्येयस्तदूर्ध्व स्थादनादेयश्व संसदि । इन दोनोंमेंसे जो कोई भी पक्ष ब्राह्मणका तिरस्कार करता है
asaṅkhyeyas tadūrdhva sthād anādeyaś ca saṃsadi |
毗湿摩说道：“此人便成了不可计数之徒，自此以后，不当在议会中被接纳。两方之中，凡有轻蔑婆罗门者，皆是破坏自亘古相传的行为界限。若有卑劣的武士自称刹帝利（Kṣatriya）而竟敢逾越此成规，那么从那一刻起，便不应再将他列入刹帝利之列，也不应在刹帝利的议会中赐他一席之地。”
