Rules for Dharmic Victory in Kṣatriya Engagement
भग्नशस्त्रो विपन्नश्न कृत्तज्यो हतवाहन: । चिकित्स्य: स्यात् स्वविषये प्राप्यो वा स्वगृहे भवेत्
bhagnaśastro vipannaś ca kṛttajyo hata-vāhanaḥ | cikitsyaḥ syāt sva-viṣaye prāpyo vā sva-gṛhe bhavet ||
毗湿摩说：即便是敌人，若其兵器已折、陷于困厄、弓弦被断，或坐骑已被杀，也不应再加击打。若此人落入己方疆域或掌控之中，当为其疗治创伤，或护送其平安归家。
