न जातु बलवान भूत्वा दुर्बले विश्वसेत्‌ क्वचित्‌ | भारुण्डसदृशा होते निपतन्ति प्रमाद्यत:

na jātu balavān bhūtvā durbale viśvaset kvacit | bhāruṇḍa-sadṛśā hy ete nipatanti pramādyataḥ ||

瓦摩提婆说道:“君王纵然强盛,也切不可在任何时候信任弱小的敌人。因为这等仇敌,一旦你稍有疏忽,便会如婆噜ṇḍa之鸟俯冲而下,骤然袭击。”
