राजधर्मः—प्रमादवर्जनं, दण्डनीतिः, दुर्बलरक्षणम्

अन्नित्रेता त्रयी विद्या यज्ञाश्न॒ सहदक्षिणा: । सर्व एव प्रमाद्यन्ति यदा राजा प्रमाद्यति
agnitrayā trayī vidyā yajñāś ca sahadakṣiṇāḥ | sarva eva pramādyante yadā rājā pramādyati ||
乌塔提耶说道：“国王一旦怠惰，则万事皆随之怠惰：三圣火、三部吠陀之学，以及连同达克希那（祭礼酬金）在内的一切祭祀，尽皆紊乱。因为统治者的疏忽会蔓延于国土，削弱仪轨之秩序，而达摩之根基亦随之动摇。”
