Transliteration

yadāptadakṣiṇair yajñair yajate śraddhayānvitaḥ | kāmadveṣāv anādṛtya sa rājño dharma ucyate ||

Translation

当国王以信心举行祭祀，施与充足的祭礼之资（dakṣiṇā），并且不为欲望与憎恨所驱使而行之，此等行持便被宣称为国王之法（dharma）。
