उतथ्योपदेशः—राजधर्मः, दर्पनिग्रहः, प्रजारक्षणम्

Utathya’s Instruction: Royal Dharma, Restraint of Pride, Protection of Subjects

उभौ लोकावभिप्रेक्ष्य राजानमृषय: स्वयम्‌ । असृजन्‌ सुमहद्‌ भूतमयं धर्मो भविष्यति

ubhau lokāv abhiprekṣya rājānam ṛṣayaḥ svayam | asṛjan sumahad bhūtamayaṃ dharmo bhaviṣyati ||

诸圣贤兼顾两界——此世与来世——亲自造就了国王:一位以人身为形、却具无比威力的伟大存在。他们意欲使其成为显现的法(Dharma):以伦理导引权力,在此世守护秩序,并在彼世保障福祉。
