इति वाचा मधुरया शलक्ष्णया सोपचारया । स्वरश्मीनभ्यवसृजेद् योगमाधाय कालवित्
iti vācā madhurayā śalakṣṇayā sopacārayā | svaraśmīn abhyavasṛjed yogam ādhāya kālavit ||
毗湿摩说道：“因此，懂得时机与情势的人，应以甜美、柔和而有礼的言辞行事，采取有分寸的谋略——在为国用而安排向各家征集财物时，应派遣使者以温和劝导与适当手段办理，而非以苛厉相逼。”
