Transliteration

ūrjasvinaranāgāśvaṁ catvarāpaṇaśobhitam | prasiddhavyavahāraṁ ca praśāntam akutobhayam ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“（那城邦/国度）充满精壮之士、象与马；以四衢要道与市肆而增其华美。其公事往来著称而有序，安然宁定——四方无所畏惧。”
