पूजयेद्‌ धार्मिकान्‌ राजा निगृह्लीयादधार्मिकान्‌ । नियुज्ज्याच्च प्रयत्नेन सर्ववर्णान्‌ स्वकर्मसु

Transliteration

pūjayed dhārmikān rājā nigṛhṇīyād adhārmikān | niyuñjyāc ca prayatnena sarvavarṇān svakarmasu ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“国王当尊崇扶持守达摩者，亦当制止惩罚违达摩者。又当以勤勉之力，使一切种姓阶序（varṇa）各安其业、各尽其职，使国土常保有序、公正，并与正行相应。”
