अर्थ ब्रूयान्न चासत्सु गुणान्‌ ब्रूयान्न चात्मन: । आदद्यान्न च साधुभ्यो नासत्पुरुषमाश्रयेत्‌

Transliteration

arthaṁ brūyān na cāsatsu guṇān brūyān na cātmanaḥ | ādadyān na ca sādhubhyo nāsatpuruṣam āśrayet ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“当言有义而真实之语；不可在无德之处强称其德，也不可自我夸耀。不可取夺善良正直之人之物，更不可向恶人求援、求庇护。”
