नदीमार्गेषु च तथा संक्रमानवसादयेत् । जलं विस्रावयेत् सर्वमविस्राव्यं च दूषयेत्
nadīmārgeṣu ca tathā saṅkramān avasādayet | jalaṃ visrāvayet sarvam avisrāvyaṃ ca dūṣayet ||
毗湿摩说道:“同样,也应阻塞河道,使渡口与浅滩不可通行;应将水尽数放泄,凡不能放泄者,则当加以污染。”
भीष्म उवाच
