न यस्य कूटं कपटं न माया न च मत्सर: | विषये भूमिपालस्य तस्य धर्म: सनातन:,जिस भूपालके राज्यमें कूटनीति, कपट, माया तथा ईर्ष्याका सर्वथा अभाव हो उसीके द्वारा सनातन धर्मका पालन होता है

Transliteration

na yasya kūṭaṃ kapaṭaṃ na māyā na ca matsaraḥ | viṣaye bhūmipālasya tasya dharmaḥ sanātanaḥ ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：在那位国王的国土之中，若全然没有诡曲之政、没有欺诈、没有迷惑之术、也没有嫉妒之心，唯有在那里，永恒的法（达摩）才真正得以维系。如此国度便成道德之基，使正义得以屹立，而不为隐秘动机所侵蚀。
