स्वकर्मनिरता यस्य जना विषयवासिन: । असंघातरता दान्ता: पाल्यमाना यथाविधि
svakarmaniratā yasya janā viṣayavāsinaḥ | asaṅghātaratā dāntāḥ pālyamānā yathāvidhi ||
毗湿摩说道：真正卓越的君王，是其国中百姓虽处世务之中，却能依规得护得养；各安其业，离于对身与欲乐的执著，且能自制——在纪律与秩序中生活。
