विस्नंसयन्ति मन्त्र च विवृण्वन्ति च दुष्कृतम् लीलया चैव कुर्वन्ति सावज्ञास्तस्य शासनम्
visnaṃsayanti mantraṃ ca vivṛṇvanti ca duṣkṛtam | līlayā caiva kurvanti sāvajñās tasya śāsanam ||
毗湿摩说道：“他们贬抑国王的谋议，甚至将其泄露于外；又把君主的过失恶行揭示给他人。以轻蔑之心对待王权，他们把诏令当作戏耍之物——表面顺从，实则暗中破坏，并嘲弄其治国之纪纲。”
