dharmaśuśrūṣamāṇebhyaḥ pṛṣṭena ca satā punaḥ

Translation

风神伐由说道：“再者，当贤德之人发问，而听者又是致力于奉行与学习法度（dharma）之人时，此事当加以阐明，使正道得以明了并被守持。”
