Paraśurāma’s origins and the depletion/restoration of kṣatriya lineages

स तेनाकुण्ठधारेण ज्वलितानलवर्चसा । कुठारेणाप्रमेयेण लोकेष्वप्रतिमो5भवत्‌,उस कुठारकी धार कभी कुण्ठित नहीं होती थी। वह जलती हुई आगके समान उद्दीप्त दिखायी देता था। उस अप्रमेय शक्तिशाली कुठारके कारण परशुरामजी सम्पूर्ण लोकोंमें अप्रतिम वीर हो गये

sa tenākuṇṭhadhāreṇa jvalitānalavarcāsā | kuṭhāreṇāprameyeṇa lokeṣv apratimo 'bhavat ||

凭借那柄刃口永不钝折的战斧,光焰炽盛,如烈火之辉,他在诸世界中成了无可比拟之人。依靠这柄威力无量、强大莫测的战斧,帕罗修罗摩在四方处处获得了无与伦比的英雄声名。
