इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत राजधमानुशासनपर्वमें भीमसेन आदिकी भिन्न-भिन्न कार्योनें नियुक्तिविषयक इकतालीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvake antargata rājadharmānuśāsanaparvaṇi bhīmasenādikī bhinna-bhinna kāryeṣu niyuktiviṣayaka ekacatvāriṁśattamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ
如是，在《圣摩诃婆罗多》中，于《寂静篇》（Śānti Parva）之内，尤在《王法训诫》（Rājadharmānuśāsana）一段之中，论及任命毗摩塞那等人各司其职、分掌殊业之理的第四十一章至此告终。其结语昭示治国之伦理理想：当依职位、才具与国土之所需而分配职责，使秩序与达摩（Dharma）凭借适当的任命与担当而得以维系。
