धृतराष्ट्र-सेवा, राज्य-कार्य-विभागः
Service to Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Allocation of State Duties
एतन्मनसि कर्तव्यं भवद्धिर्वचनं मम । 'ये ही सम्पूर्ण जगत्के, आपलोगोंके और मेरे भी स्वामी हैं। यह सारी पृथ्वी और ये समस्त पाण्डव इन्हींके अधिकारमें हैं। आप सब लोग मेरी इस प्रार्थनाको अपने हृदयमें स्थानदें" ७३ ।। अनुज्ञाप्याथ तान् राजा यथेष्टं गम्पतामिति,इसके बाद राजा युधिष्ठिरने नगर और जनपदके निवासियोंको यह आज्ञा दी कि आपलोग इच्छानुसार अपने-अपने स्थानको पधारें। इस प्रकार उन सबको विदा करके कुरुनन्दन युधिष्ठिरने कुन्तीकुमार भीमसेनको युवराजके पदपर प्रतिष्ठित किया
etad manasi kartavyaṃ bhavadbhir vacanaṃ mama | ye hi sampūrṇa-jagataḥ āplogānāṃ ca mama ca api svāminaḥ santi | iyaṃ sarvā pṛthivī ime ca samastāḥ pāṇḍavāḥ teṣām eva adhikāre santi | yūyaṃ sarve mama imāṃ prārthanāṃ hṛdaye sthāpayata ||
毗湿摩波耶那说：“你们当将我的话牢牢记在心中。因为他们才是整个世界真正的主宰——既是你们的主，也是我的主；在他们的权柄之下，尽此大地与一切般度族皆在其中。故而，愿我的请求得以安置于你们心间。”
