Prāyaścitta and Contextual Non-Culpability (प्रायश्चित्त-निमित्त-अदोषवाद)
क्रतुना चाश्वमेधेन पूयते नात्र संशय: । ये चाप्पवभूथस्नाता: केचिदेवंविधा नरा:
kratunā cāśvamedhena pūyate nātra saṁśayaḥ | ye cāpy avabhṛtha-snātāḥ kecid evaṁvidhā narāḥ ||
凭借祭祀之仪——尤以马祭阿湿婆梅陀(Aśvamedha)为最——便可得净;此无可疑。又有某些人,行毕祭祀并完成终浴“阿瓦婆利他”(avabhṛtha)之后,被视为已得洁净,礼仪圆满。
