Steadfast dharma and unwavering devotion—sustained even under adverse or constricted conditions—lead to the highest destiny, and divine grace can elevate the devoted beyond apparent downfall.
The speaker (Deva) describes a devotee-king who, though having entered beneath the earth, continues worship and mantra-japa; by the Lord’s favor he is raised up, reaches Brahmā’s realm (Brahmaloka), and attains the supreme state called Naipleka.
