The verse emphasizes disciplined sacred utterance (śikṣā and akṣara) and complete devotion expressed through the threefold instrument—mind, speech, and action—showing that inner intention and outward conduct must align in worship.
After a correctly formed utterance is heard, an auspicious, fragrant wind arrives; devotees then perform worship using the flowers and herbs brought by that breeze, indicating divine approval and a sanctified ritual setting.
