पितृयज्ञे नारायणतत्त्वम् — The Nārāyaṇa Grounding of Ancestral Offerings
ततः स प्राड्मुखो विद्वानादित्ये नचिरोदिते । पाणिपादं समादाय विनीतवदुपाविशत्
tataḥ sa prāṅmukho vidvān āditye nacirodite | pāṇipādaṃ samādāya vinītavad upāviśat ||
毗湿摩说道:“随后,那位博学之士在旭日初升之时面向东方,收摄手足,谦恭安然地端坐。如此调伏身心,他入于瑜伽——在黎明吉祥之刻,求内在寂静与自我制御。”
भीष्म उवाच
