देवतापितृप्रश्नः — Nārada at Badarīāśrama: the ultimate referent of daiva and pitṛ worship
न मातृपुत्रबान्धवा न संस्तुतः प्रियो जन: । अनुव्रजन्ति संकटे व्रजन्तमेकपातिनम्
na mātṛ-putra-bāndhavā na saṁstutaḥ priyo janaḥ | anuvrajanti saṅkaṭe vrajantaṁ eka-pātinam ||
毗耶娑说道：“危难之时，母亲不随，儿子不随，亲族不随——即便那些受人称颂、为你所爱之人，也不随那独自踏上通往彼世之路者。此教诲在于：死亡与越渡来世，唯有独自面对；故当依凭自身之法（dharma）与内在的自律，而非世间的执著。”
