स्त्रीषु क्रीडाविहारेषु नित्यमस्यास्वतन्त्रता । मन्त्रे चामात्यसमितौ कुतस्तस्य स्वतन्त्रता

Transliteration

strīṣu krīḍā-vihāreṣu nityam asyāsvatantratā | mantre cāmātya-samitau kutaḥ tasya svatantratā ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“在女色之事、游戏之乐、诸般享受与出游之中，他常常不得自主。即便端坐于群臣议事之堂，参与谋议之时，他的独立又在何处？”
