शुकस्य मिथिलागमनम् (Śukasya Mithilāgamanam) — Śuka’s Journey to Mithilā and the Courtly Test
tam apy anupamātmānaṃ viśva-śambhuḥ prajāpatiḥ | aṇimā laghimā prāptir īśāno jyotir avyayaḥ ||

All powers and cosmic principles ultimately depend on the Supreme Lord, described as imperishable Light and sovereign controller; therefore one should seek inner realization and humility rather than attachment to extraordinary powers (siddhis).
Yājñavalkya is describing the Supreme—Prajāpati/Īśāna—who governs even exalted capacities like aṇimā, laghimā, and prāpti, and in whom the manifested cosmic principle is finally reabsorbed.
