The Account of Suvarṇaṣṭhīvin
एवमुक््त्वा तु नृपतिं प्रयातौ स्वो यथेप्सितम् । सृंजयश्व यथाकामं प्रविवेश स्वमन्दिरम्,राजासे ऐसा कहकर हम दोनों अपने अभीष्ट स्थानको चल दिये और राजा सूंजयने अपने इच्छानुसार महलमें प्रवेश किया
evam uktvā tu nṛpatiṃ prayātau svo yathepṣitam | sṛñjayaś ca yathākāmaṃ praviveśa sva-mandiram ||
对国王说罢此言,两人便各自离去,前往所愿之处;而奢利阇耶王(Sṛñjaya)也如其所愿,进入了自己的宫殿。
पर्वत उवाच
The verse emphasizes orderly conclusion and propriety: after counsel or dialogue is delivered, one should act without agitation—departing to one’s rightful place and resuming one’s responsibilities, reflecting restraint and disciplined conduct.
Parvata reports that after speaking to the king, the two speakers depart to their intended destinations, while King Sṛñjaya, following his wish, enters his palace—marking the end of a conversational episode and a return to courtly routine.
