प्रवेश्यात्मनि चात्मानं योगी तिष्तति योडचल: । पापं हन्ति पुनीतानां पदमाप्रोति सोडजरम्‌

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | praveśyātmani cātmānaṃ yogī tiṣṭhati yo 'calaḥ | pāpaṃ hanti punītānāṃ padam āpnoti so 'jaram ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“瑜伽行者以入定之力，使自我安住于大我之中而不动摇，便能灭除罪垢，证得不坏之境——那是清净者所能抵达的永恒之位。”
