यस्य वाड्मनसी गुप्ते सम्यक्‌ प्रणिहिते सदा । वेदास्तपश्च त्यागश्न स इदं सर्वमाप्तुयात्‌

Transliteration

yasya vāgmanasī gupte samyak praṇihite sadā | vedās tapaś ca tyāgaś ca sa idaṃ sarvam āpnuyāt ||

Translation

其人能守护言语与心念，恒常端正摄持，安住于至上之我（最高自性）者，便能获得这一切的圆满果报：吠陀之学、苦行与舍离。
