dhūtapāpaḥ sa tejasvī laghvāhāro jitendriyaḥ | kāmakrodhau vaśe kṛtvā ninīṣed brahmaṇaḥ padam ||
毗湿摩说道:“当求道者洗净罪垢,行止光明,饮食简约,诸根已伏;尔时——既已制御欲与嗔——当希求安住于梵(Brahman)之境界,至高之灵性位阶。”
भीष्म उवाच
