आत्मानमसमाधाय समाधित्सति यः परान् | विषयेष्विन्द्रियवशं मानवा: प्रहसन्ति तम्
ātmānam asamādhāya samādhitsati yaḥ parān | viṣayeṣv indriyavaśaṃ mānavāḥ prahasanti tam ||
胡摩特塞那说道：“若一人尚未安定其身，自己摇摆不定，在诸境之中为诸根所役；他若试图教人自制与正行，人们只会讥笑他。”
