Transliteration

Vārāṇasyāṃ mahāprājñas tulādhāraḥ pratiṣṭhitaḥ | so 'py evaṃ nāta vaktuṃ yathā tvaṃ bhāṣase dvija ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“在婆罗那西有一位至智之人，名为‘秤持者’图拉陀罗（Tulādhāra），安住于法而不动。即便是他，也不会像你这样说话，噢，二次生者。”（于是天声告诫阇阇利：他对法的自许被纠正，天声指引他去见一位真正脚踏实地的典范——图拉陀罗；其智慧以克制与谦卑为标志，而非自我张扬。）
