मृत्योर्ब्रह्मणा नियोजनम् — The Commissioning of Mṛtyu by Brahmā
इष्टीक्ष विविधा: प्राप्य क्रतूंश्वैवाप्तदक्षिणान् । प्राप्रोति नैव ब्राह्म॒ण्यमविधानात् कथंचन
iṣṭīkṣa vividhāḥ prāpya kratūṁś caivāptadakṣiṇān | prāpnoti naiva brāhmaṇyam avidhānāt kathaṁcana ||
毗耶娑说：“即使举行种种祭祀，完成具足规定供施（dakṣiṇā）的宏大吠陀大祭，若缺少正当的内在修持——亦即以自知（我知）为根本的正法，而非仅止于仪式——也绝无可能真正获得婆罗门之境。”
