आत्मदर्शन-उपदेशः (Ātma-darśana Upadeśa) — Mind, Senses, and the All-pervading Self
पित्र्ये राग्यहनी मास: प्रविभागस्तयो: पुनः । शुक्लो5ह: कर्मचेष्टायां कृष्ण: स्पप्नाय शर्वरी
pitrye rātryahani māsaḥ pravibhāgas tayoḥ punaḥ | śuklo 'haḥ karmaceṣṭāyāṃ kṛṣṇaḥ svapnāya śarvarī ||
毗耶娑阐释祖灵界（Pitṛs）不同的时间尺度：人间所计一月，于祖灵则为一整日一整夜。白半月（śukla pakṣa）为其“昼”——行事与履职之时；黑半月（kṛṣṇa pakṣa）为其“夜”——休息与睡眠之时。此教诲将人间的祭祀生活置于更宏阔的道德宇宙之中，暗示人的行持与供献当与那不可见的秩序相应，并应以恒常与敬畏而行。
