उपास्यो नारदो बाढं वाचि नास्य व्यतिक्रम: । कामतो यदि वा लोभात्‌ तस्मात्‌ सर्वत्र पूजित:

Transliteration

upāsyo nārado bāḍhaṃ vāci nāsya vyatikramaḥ | kāmato yadi vā lobhāt tasmāt sarvatra pūjitaḥ ||

Translation

风神伐由说道：“那罗陀确实堪受恭敬奉事。他在言语上从不背离自己所说之言——既不因欲望，也不因贪求。因此，他在一切处所都受尊崇。”
