Transliteration

idam adya kariṣyāmi śvaḥ kartāsmīti vādinam

Translation

毗湿摩说道：不可轻信那种总是宣称“我今天要做这个；明天再做”的人——此等言语只会推延本分，削弱决心。其义在于：当以恒定之心、及时而行，不可借反复许诺未来之举来掩饰怠惰。
